HIBC UDI CODE

I have a problem with reading this code. When I scan a product with a HIBC UDI code I get a format error in google sheets due to the + sign it starts with. This means that this product is not detected in inventory. Is there any way to solve it?

The HIBC standard does not seem to be in the list of supported bar code formats in the help article referred below. However please reach out to AppSheet support for your specific requirement as mentioned in the article.

Change the spreadsheet column's format to plain text rather than automatic.

Thanks for your answer Steve. I already tried this method but unfortunately it didn't work. The code example is the following:+DIV133556/$551256151/515262 The only solution I have found is to put quotes in the code. To make it work automatically I would have to create an appscript for it
