HISTORY OF CHANGES BY USER

Hello everyone. 

Were can i find a HISTORY OF CHANGES BY USER?

Someone realise something in my app.
Erase some data from my batabase and i can see who was.

Is there a way, page or file, to see who made the change's email address?

I have created a separate table called LOG for this purpose. What i did is made an Automation for the original Table. Whenever someo ADDs or UPDATEs are made to the original table, the Automation logs it in the LOG table along with the user email which is a column already available in original table.

So I can see all the history of updates made to the original table and by whom
