HOW TO COPY MULTIPLE DATA ONCE IN APPSHEET

I have over 700 Customer list.

Is there a way to copy them once in the column "Customer" of the appsheet instead of one after the other? below is the screenshot

Don't do it this way.  Put that list in another table.   Import  that table and do not create a view for it.

In the Valid if of your Enum Colum , use this expression YourNewTableName[Column of the options in that table].

Search for "Ways to create dropdown lists in Appsheet: on youtube.  You should find tons of demonstrations.
