Has anyone else encountered this UI bug or know a fix?

I have created a home page to link between views and other apps. When I first launch the app it looks like this:

Once I navigate to any other view and then return, it looks as it should like this:

Obviously it is not app breaking, but it is annoying. Anybody know a fix or solution?
