I've been developing a budget and expense tracking app to be published in the app store and sold to mass users. However, I recently realized that I misunderstood AppSheet's billing, and rather than only paying $50 a month to sell the app, I will have to pay $10 per month per user to sell an app like mine.
I suppose I could charge users something more than $10 per month, but considering the competition, I don't think that would be a successful plan. Any ideas on how to actually turn a profit on an app like this? Has anyone ever seen it done with something similar?
AppSheet probably isn't the right platform for a B2C app that requires authentication. Investigate Bubble and other alternatives.
