Have an Inventory List with Inline Edit on the same Page

I have a inventory list as a Gsheet consisting of columns like
Vendor, Product, ID, Warehouse, Shop, Ordered, PreOrder etc.
Currently the sheet is printed, Warehouse, Shop, Ordered, PreOrder quantity amounts are added by hand and the paper is then captured in the Gsheet.
Now I simply want this sheet on ONE SCREEN which each cell to be editable without changing screens and clicking edit etc. as this takes 2 times longer then the current manual process.
