I am not sure I understand what you are trying to do. Can you clarify?
@Philip_Garrett_Appsh the AppSheet account is connected to a Microsoft 365 account not a google account, from what I have seen you can only create PDF attachments off a google page template in google drive, not word in OneDrive
yes, that is the current limitation. Many customers have asked to be able to use a Word doc instead (from Office 365). We have committed to exploring this to try to make it work this summer.
