Help, my automation/action is not firing

I built a test app and everything runs perfect.  Update the in-service app to look just like my test app, and my automation isn't firing in the in-service app.  so my question is: Is there some setting or such that prevents automations from running of certain tables?  Or whatever else could stop an automation from running with no warnings or errors?

If your app is not deployed and your bot is on schedule, then it's normal.

If the trigger for the bot is a data change event, did the event occur ? Can you please try the "monitoring" page and see if it shows some information ?
