Hello, I would like a little help.
What happens to me is that I create a bot to create a pdf, but it does not create the file, I have changed the folder location, and created other folders but it does not save it, can someone help me ☹️
You likely have some template error that is preventing the document from being generated. Please the check the Audit Logs for any reported errors. You can access them from :
Manage -> Monitor -> Audit History
Tap the Audit History row to expand it and then tap the "Launch log analyzer" button to see the log. Any errors will be highlighted in red. Tap the red binoculars to get more details about that error. See images below.
