Help with a signin error

Occasionally some users of one of my apps are receiving this error… “access denied: signin required or current user cannot access the app”,.

Any thoughts on the cause of this? It seems to happen sporadically with different users.

Well, it might be exactly what it says. They don’t have access.
This usually happend when users have more than one email and they login using an email that has no access to AppSheet apps.

I wish that was the case, but they do have access and it occurs sporadically. Seems to be limited to a single view…a Detail page.
