Help with index match formula

Hi,

I’m new to AppSheet and I’m trying to build a quoting app for a gifts and premium company.
In excel, when the user selects silkscreen printing, one color and 200 units, there’s an if-index-match formula that will cross reference a table and select the quantity and color.

Something like this:

Up to	1 color	2 colors	3 colors
500	1	1.2	1.5
1000	0.8	1	1.2
2000	.75	.85	.9

200 units, with one color imprinting, would cost 1 dollar.

Is there a way I can achieve the same with AppSheet?
