Help with marking a request "Completed"

I am currently in the process of developing an application that displays information from my Google sheet. This sheet compiles data from two separate Google forms - one form acts as a request for property photo or video services, while the other is used to confirm the completion of the request.

I was wondering if there is a way to mark a request "COMPLETED" within the AppSheet interface. I apologize if my question is unclear, and I am more than happy to provide additional information if necessary.
