Hi all,

I made a reporting app, with an image (photo) upload function. We use all the same phone type and on some phones, we are able to make a picture in the app, and by others (same device) it is not possible to do that. The only solution for them is to make a photo and choose upload from Existing.

does annybody had the same problem and does someone know what the solution is?

@Jef_Raats Some users have reported the need to open the Google Photos app on their phone. It will do some initial configuration, and then you’re able to take photos. Please give that a try.
