Holiday validation workflow

Hi All,

I am trying to create a leave/holiday request application including a validation workflow. The process would be as follows:
1) As an employee, I send my leave request including the dates and the reason for my request
2) The request is automatically sent to my manager who is responsible for approving it
3) If the request is approved, it appears in my calendar but also in a team calendar called "Calendar A".

Today, there is a template for holiday management, but it doesn't include the step 2) of the process described above. I've also seen that a validation workflow template is available. I would like to be able to couple these 2 templates to meet the need mentioned above.

Do you have any ideas on how to make this application? I'm new to AppSheet so I'm looking for any resources/support/advice.

You need various techniques to accomplish this.

Start by reading the AppSheet documentation. Here

Study some template apps like

After you have a more or less working app, you can then ask more specific questions for further help and guidance in the community. You can of course google "AppSheet your inquiry terms" for tons of useful information out there.
