Horizontal Scroll Bar when there's nothing to scroll

Is there some setting that would help me eliminate that horizontal scroll bar? there’s nothing there and it just bothers me on the inside to have that.

I changed it to interactive and it suddenly vanished so maybe just some little hiccup

If I change back to not interactive dashboard its there so if that helps.

Please allow me one more thing for view issue.

Once we click a pin on map view, then detail view is sliding in from left (presumably sliding in from right according to the latest update from UI team, but not sure why my one is coming from left still).
But there is horizontal scrolling bar, acutally I dont think it is necessary, but bothering us.

Hope this could be corrected as well.
