How can I create an enum list from a previously answered enum list?

Ex.
Question 1: What are your favorite colors? (list - Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue)
User answered Red, Orange and Yellow

For Question 2, how can I code it in such a way only Red, Orange and Yellow appear in the enumlist?
