How can I show users only their own data?

Hello everyone! I've been searching about this but I haven't come across the same scenario. I built this simple app where employees can make their request into. But it's showing everyone's data in there. This requires user login so I want it to show only the data that this specific usermail has put and not see everyone else's. Anyone who knows? Please help. Thank you so much!

For secured user based filtering and access, please use security filters

For non secured filtering based on user email, you could use slices

Slices: The Essentials - AppSheet Help

Please understand the difference between the two in terms of security before choosing the option among the above two.
