How can i add this filter button on another page?

Hello, is it possible to add this FILTER button to my starting page?

it shows up only when i click on the SEARCH function, is it possible to add it separately on every page view?

That filtering is attached to the search bar. It will show up on any View that has a search bar. There are no other possibilities with it.
