How can i save time with a click

I’m writing to request your help with this: how I can create a button (or other object) in Appsheet  when is clicked, saves the time in a specific field, I have programmed in VBA and Google Scripts and do That is very easy to do, but here in appsheet I can find the solution. An example is the following:
