Those are the actions defined for the table. You can control which actions are displayed, or remove them altogether, from the deck view configuration in UX / Views…

And you can control with the Show_If what actions you want to show row by row as well.

To add some more information, I believe most of the actions in the screenshot are system-generated actions. For example, for columns such as Phone Number or Email, the app will automatically generated actions to call the phone number or send an email. To see these actions, you may need to click on “Show system actions” in the app editor.
