How do I increase the size of the chart column text

Hi Everyone

Can someone tell me how to increase the text size on the chart columns? Please see the example photo below.

I don't think this is possible.

but I was wondering if those two ways work: 

1 - create a format rule to resize the column on X.
2 - set the column as longText type and try to rich text it with <b> </b> 

i did not try to do this before, just wondering as I said
