How do I stay on the same screen after completing a form

Sorry in advance I'm new with this.  I made a menu with 12 different options. Each option has a form. When I select one of the 12 options it takes me to the form and once the form is completed the screen goes back to the main view with all the 12 options. 

I want to be able to stay in one of the 12 options until i have submitted all the forms for each option. and then move to the next option.

Each option is a zone(designated areas in a yard) , and each zone contains multiple  entries (trailers/Containers). I want the user to keep entering all the information until they are done with each zone.
