A former employee of my company signed us up for Appsheet, then left the company without sharing his login credentials. Now we are getting billed for Appsheet without actually using it. The Help content says you can cancel your subscription online, but we can't log in. There is no 800#. How do I stop paying for this? Do I have to tell my credit card issuer to block your charges?
