How do you select which field is used as the text under an icon in gallery view?

So I have a slice that's in gallery view. But it seems to be picking a field that I haven't specified, to use as text under the icon. It happens to be the 28th column. How do you select which field is used as the text under an icon in gallery view?

Gallery Views use the Label column.
