How does this happen? Multiple identical links to the same database, not bound to field name

I have a database consisting of 9 tables, when I look at the link of a given table to the database I get a list of 9-1 listings of identical database connections (source paths - see pic).  Assuming that each entry is a table link (as opposed to a single database connector), I have to say - unable to discriminate which link applies to a specific table.  Is my install all messed up or is this a standard feature?

First, you need to specify that you are talking about AppSheet Database since it's a preview feature and completely different from a real Database (SQL).

Please ask for help on the corresponding post but consider that what you are seeing is not weird and I have seen it before but haven't bothered because it doesn't cause any problem
