Charting views are fairly basic. We don't have control over the formatting of the charts. AppSheet was working towards upgrading the Charting Tools but that seems to have been suspended. If you need better charting capabilities, I would look for an alternative that you can integrate. I believe some have had success with Google's Data Studio, only based on what I have read here in the Community. I do know others have successfully used 3rd party charting.
