How should I do doesn't saving changes?

I already checked such as below.
1 . mobile network good works.
2 . An app that has been working well for over a month is suddenly not saved.
3 . It is the same even if you try with another account that has been added.
4 . No matter how long you wait, it won’t complete.
5 . If you save only text items without images, it works fine.

Question
1 . What are the possible causes?
2 . How should I do in that case?

If you save only text items without images, it works fine.

This would imply its a data transfer issue - that the image files are too large. To test this hypothesis try uploading small (<1MB) files and see if that works

Now that I look closely, it seems that data, including photos, are uploaded very slowly.
And today morning that after a day, all the data that had not been uploaded were upload.
What the reason?

There’s not much that Appsheet can do about a slow network connection. I’d just suggest connecting to a Wifi internet connection to see if that improve the uploading time
