How to Rearrange Prominent Action Buttons in a Detail View?

So I found the way to rearrange Prominent Action Buttons, in a Deck View, at the bottom of the View Options:

However, I can’t find any way to rearrange the Prominent Action Buttons from a Detail View:

Is there a way to rearrange these buttons?
