How to add a massive Salesforce table

I want to add a Salesforce table with 1.5mil records to Appsheet. By applying a Security Filter only 2000 records will be used in the app. The challenge is that the table can't be loaded, it looks like Appsheet times out because of the size, which is understandable. If the the table can't be added, the Security Filter can't be applied. 

Does anyone have advice?

Move the data, leaving just a couple of records.
Add the table inside AppSheet.
Move the data again to the table.

I have the same issue. We are looking at applying SkrOYC's approach. Has anyone done this? Any advice on exactly how to do this? Is it required to delete most records and then re-import them?

It's recommended inside AppSheet's docs... as a wise man said, Just do it, 😂

AppSheet checks your data to guess the column types. The less rows the better, then just add them back
