How to add "shared data" Enterprise Standard

I just got access to my "Enterprise Standard" account and I'm trying to add shared data but I don't have the option to do this.

When on the "My Team" page most of the tabs (security, usage, billing, settings) all state that "This tab is only available to admins".  Seems like I wasn't given the proper access, any idea how to fix this?  It was hard enough to get access to the Enterprise account.
