How to collect Barcodes of items using Appsheet | Using Appsheet forms and Expressions

Hello,

I have a google sheet with items (products) for a shop but the barcode column is not populated for all the items. So, how do I go about creating a form using AppSheet so as to populate this barcode column?

In short:

• The sheet has [Barcode], [Name of product] and [price] columns
• The [Barcode] column is not populated for every item.
• The AppSheet form needs to:
  1. scan the barcode from the product and then display the product name if the barcode has already been entered.
  2. Else after the barcode scan, it needs to take the [Name of product] as input from the user to search through the sheet and fill in the barcode.
     
     • The search feature in step 2 should show all product names that match as the user enters the [Name of product]
     • Eg. if the user enters "A" then it should show all the product names which start with the letter "A". So that he could select from them
