How to convert URL Image into .png or .jpeg file

Hey guys,

Iโ€™ve run into an issue using quick charts images with automated workflows. Adobe crashes when someone clicks on the url link so Iโ€™m thinking the better way to accomplish this is by saving an image then assigning it to a column. Has anyone had experience converting a url image into a file?

Have you considered https://www.image-charts.com/ ?

Another possible approach is to use the web screenshot capturin service to convert the image url while we preserving QuickChart graph as it is.

I've encountered that issue, too, and it can be a real headache. Converting URL images into file formats like PNG or JPEG is a smart move to avoid crashes and streamline your workflow.
To compress image files, you can use this tool - just paste the image URL, adjust the compression settings if needed to balance size and quality, and download the converted file. It's a simple yet effective solution that could save you a lot of hassle in your automated workflows. Give it a try and see how it works for you!
