How to delete related rows in the same table?

Hello,
is it possible to delete related row when I delete primary in the same table?

When I delete first row (Task "In") I want second row (Task "Out") to be deleted. Rows are connected as in the picture above (ID and Related_ID columns).

I think AppSheet solves it automatically when you mark Is a part of in the related table.
In this case, when deleting the parent record, it eliminates the children that it has related to it.
