How to disable external URL launching for all users

Hi! I'm having trouble with the consistency of links internally launching within the Appsheet platform.

I currently have 'launch externally' disabled for a URL column of my app. The links direct to published gsheets charts that automatically update every 5 minutes or so. For most users they can access these published charts WITHIN the appsheet, but 1 of 10 users report being redirected to drive and chrome like in the snapshot below instead of opening within the app.

The users are using company phones with its web browsers' access password-locked so we prefer to keep everyone opening the links within the appsheet platform.
