How to disable "Settings" in the menu

Hi all,

in my app user settings are not used, but in the menu there is "Settings" shown.
How can I disable this menu item? Thank you, Joachim

In the app editor, go to Data >> User Settings and make sure the Show? setting for all columns is disabled.
