How to enable automatic minus Dispatched Item from Stock

Im Making an app for my stock and dispatch entries…

For stock entry - i am using Box No. as my key.

i want to have ------ if i dispatch a Specific Box no. and enter from dispatch it should automatically minus from stock or it should not be shown in my stock …

please help me in this …
