Why? It seems appropriate here in Tips & Tricks. In fact, there should BE a tip for this.

Request you to browse the portal's other sections.

There is a separate section   called "Using the community" and there are several posts on using the community.  "How to file a bug" will be more appropriate there.

As per my understanding you could start this as a question and community managers can update the section in the section "Using the community".

That entire section has posts about how to use the community.

If you browse the Tips and Tricks section, it is overwhelmingly used for suggesting ways to create app with some workarounds, more efficient ways of using faetures/ expressions or extending app capabilities.

Of course, please take your own call. I just shared more details to your question.
