The app administrator has changed the passwords for these accounts.
How to force an update of authorization data for already authorized users?
You need to force these users to verify their new Workspace passwords.

And how to force authorization for the application creator within Google Workspace?

AppSheet provides no way to administer authentication--AppSheet merely uses authentication provide by other means. The "workaround" is to do what you need with something other that AppSheet.
