How to get lists of all tables, slices, columns, views for documentation in Google Docs

I would like to get lists of all tables, all slices, all columns, all views for documentation in Google Docs/Sheets.

Is this possible? How?

The app documentation is not usable for that purpose.

I would like to do some documentation, change log and ticket management for an app outside of appsheet. e.g. someone has made changes regarding a table, he should be able to select this table name from a list in google sheet or smartsheet as reference.

Nope still not getting it.  Are you saying you have an existing spreadsheet of data you want appsheet to read?
