How to hide uneditable things when you push the Edit button in-App

There are certain columns in my data that I don't want a user to be able to edit. But there are some that I do (a short line of text and an avatar image). But right now when I hit the Edit button inside the app, it shows all of the column titles in the data, and they're greyed out (the line of text and Avatar are editable, which is good). But how can I hide the ones I don't want users to see, while still using that data in other places in the app?

Set the "column order" in the form view.
