How to make ID include 4 upper character :))

How can I make the unique ID as a string consisting of 4 uppercase characters. Ex: AABD, ZIGT, RHGH, JTKG,....

Beware that you're likely to encounter duplicate values given that there are far fewer permutations than are generated via the UNIQUEID function.

Thank you. I anticipated this situation. My data doesn't important, it's okay if the ID is duplicated.
