How to make a action to perform a action x times based on the last entry

Hi folks,

My would problem be easily soluted if I paid for the scheduling feature, but I'm trying to avoid it due to financial problems.

The point is, i need to make an action that create a new row for each worker and take the average time of every worker's job, the name and the day, but it does for each day since the day of the last entry.

I manage to create this action for one day, but i'm struggling to create this more elaborate version. 

I also would appreciate if the average were in list type since now it's a full row, it would be more aeathetical if ot were sorted in a list for each day, but again i'm struggling with it.

I hope i made me clear, if not i can provide more context.
