How to make re-lock button un-transparent in drawing panel

If you tap the blue lock button in the drawing panel, you will not see the re-lock button anywhere, but there is actually a transparent button in the upper left corner, which you can tap to re-lock the drawing panel.
Is it possible to make this transparent re-lock button visible?
