How to make this formula

I made a new action 

Now here I want to do this

After Forming = After Forming +(Number(LookUP(...)))

If I put + [After forming] in the formula it gives me some weird output

like value of after forming is 400 and the output got (Number(LOOKUP(MAX(Forming Job[Timestamp]), "Forming Job", "Timestamp", "Final Weight")))  is 499 so the result I am getting is 1056

I think we need more details. Show us exactly what is happening. What are the column types. Why are you using the NUMBER() expression?
