How to save an uploaded file (in storage path for that column) with a name based on [Columns]?

Hi all

As title reads, is it possible to save uploaded files (uploads to the app) with a specific name based on [Column] data? For example:

If the form being entered has a column with a Date in it, then there's another column allowing file uploads from device, is it possible to have the file being uploaded be renamed to the Date entered in [Date]? It would then be stored in the default storage path which could also be dependent on a few other columns.
