How to show the data in dropdown along with quantity

Hi,

Below is my dropdown to show the Covid-19 relief materials distributed. I would like to show the
specific quantity number as well(#) rather than just a check list. Please let me know if there is any way to achieve this.

Yes, I have set the created virtual column as label

If you don’t deselect the previous label and choose a new one, Appsheet often defaults to the previous label again. Please check that.

Are the values shown in the screenshot from Ref values. If so, the suggested row-label approach is the right one. That you tried it and it hasn’t worked suggests the values in the dropdown are not from Ref values. Can you clarify the situation?

I am getting the drop down values from Covid table, Distribution of materials columns

I want to show the materials distributed along with the Count to each patient as follow.

Basically, I need counter (Number field) in drop down in front of each Materials. A community health worker will select number for example masks -7 , sanitizers -3 etc. he has distributed to the specific patient can be recorded.

There is no good way to do what you want given how your app is already structured.
