How to turn off email notices for each change made to a specific table?

Today I started getting email notices for every change made to only one of my many tables in my app. I have searched for a setting that controls this but have come up empty.

Is this a new feature or have I accidentally turned on something?

Regardless, since I am in test and fix mode in my app, I need to turn this off. How?

Ok, I found the cause. I apparently inadvertently tapped the “Add New Workflow Rule” option. The workflow is created with the above described behavior as its default.
