How to update table name accordingly for all current set ups and expressions

Hey guys, 

For example I have a table name : SUPPLIER

And I already use this name for all kinds of set ups, UX, expressions, formats, bots....

When I change the name from SUPPLIER to another name , I now have to update the above set ups one by one all over again

Do you have any idea on how to update table name accordingly?

I always leave the table the with the same name and then change the display name if I need it to be different on the column that is pointing to the table or I change the display name of the view that points to the table.
