Hi, 

In my app I have a form to collect customer information that goes to my main table. The table has a column called "Terms and Conditions" which is a Yes/No type.

In the display name for that field in the form, I am using a hyperlink fomula HYPERLINK("url", "I accept the terms and conditions") where url is the link to where the T&C are. 

My problem is that the clickable text is not showing, only the url, and not even clickable.

Any ideas???? Thanks a lot!!

In this case I am using google.com just to test.

Hello there,

If you want to have a clickable link you need to use your hyperlink formula in the app formula and not in the display name, since the display name is just the name of the column itself.
