I can't use the ORDERBY() nor SELECTED() when it is used the ref option

In minute 4:03 you can see that I have a list (REF).

This list should not bring the data that was already used before. I try to use SELECT(...) in "VALID IF" but as I have the cell as REF,  is not allowed.

After that, I decide to use ORDER BY, but neither let me. 

¿How can I make the already selected ones not appear on the network?

Put your select expression in Suggested Values not Valid If.

@ME_Webdesign looking at your question again, I don't think the issue is use of Valid If rather than Suggested Values. Valid If requires the user to choose from the list, where Suggested values allows the user to choose from the list or to supply their own value. But both should certainly allow the same sort of expression. Please could you provide some screen shots of the column design and the expression which is not valid?
